"When I started with Falcon in May of 2016, I went through many changes. I was originally hired on as a gurney van/ lift tech while attending an EMT program. Once I completed my program I moved into an EMT position. After a year in the EMT position I was promoted to FTO and then Crew Leader, finally serving as a Field Supervisor.
