With stations located across Northern CA, we consistently provide 24/7 CCT and BLS availability with over 90% on-time response rates.
Falcon was the first CCT service to offer High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) in Northern California, and continues to provide innovative solutions for our partners; we also offer robust ventilator management, invasive monitoring capabilities, and more. We also staff specialized BLS ambulances dedicated to Bariatric transports, ensuring all of our patients are transported comfortably and safely.
Our Communications Center is EMD Certified and has live transport confirmation. Our team is able to assist in triaging the level of service needed for your patients, while offering short ETAs and a web-based ordering platform.

Chief Executive Officer
Tyler has been leading Falcon since 2017 and is passionate about providing exceptional service. Prior to Falcon, Tyler served in the US Navy onboard a strategic nuclear submarine as the Head Engineering Officer and Officer of the Deck. He has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Quantitative Economics and Applied Mathematics from the US Naval Academy.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike oversees Falcon’s operations and is always driving continuous improvement. Prior to Falcon, Mike ran DaVita's northern Chicago business as a Regional Operations Director. He also spent five years as an infantry officer in the Army. He has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Computer Science from West Point.
VP of Clinical Services
A Board-Certified Emergency Nurse and Paramedic, he has over 23 years in Emergency Medical Services as a Flight Nurse/Paramedic where he has held clinical leadership roles in operations, compliance, and education, driving clinical excellence. He has a B.S. in nursing from Washington University in St Louis.
Regional Operations Director
Bhavin has been a paramedic for 15+ years, with experience in a 911, inter-facility and air medical systems. He also brings considerable operations and leadership experience from other major interfacility transport companies. He has a bachelor’s degree from St Louis University.
Head of People
As Falcon's Head of People, McKenzie leads the Human Resources Department with a broad range of human resources experience ranging from building out the human resource function to being a cultural ambassador. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with a business background, McKenzie aligns operations and human resources with special focus on values-based engagement. She has an MBA from Sacramento State University and a B.A. in Global Studies, Culture & Ideology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
